X-perience AMX 76 - 80

Here is a pic of my '70 done in SS colors. Its a 390- 4sp originally Sonic silver with black mask and 15" machine wheels. It's currently located in Hawaii, the only one on the road, yep it's my daily driver.....

Well everybody this is AMX #08156. Although it is originally a 290 4-speed, I have 390 badges on the rear. Nobody knows the difference. She is Bittersweet Orange, with tan and black interior, manual steering, manual brakes. She still needs finishing touches, such as weather stripping detailing, chrome around windows and such. Although she is my first AMX, I am looking for another. I seem to be hooked on these cars. Nothing else is as much fun or draws as many stares and second looks as an AMX.

I thought I'd send in my picture of my car and tell you a little about it. I'm Josh Van Voorst. The pround owner of this car. It's a 69 AMX with a 390. It has the 4 speed hurst and the Go-pack. All original, 64,700 miles. It's a nice and shiny BIG BAD GREEN. This car gets me compliments and questions nearly everywhere I drive it. People always tell me that they wanted one of these when they were in highschool. Or they tell me about how there brother had a javelin. This is a headturner and is running and sounding better than ever. I look a little awkward owning it considering I am an 18 year old highschool student. No one elses car even come close to touching my green machine.

This is my 68 BBO amx with shadow mask and a rebel machine scoop! Shes got a 343 auto but looking for a 390.
