I live In Denver Co, here are the pics of my 68 AMX. The production number is 120,these pics are before and after. It has a very built 390 (actually a stroked 401) with a 4-speed. The Crane cam has a 568 lift,304 dur. on a 108 degree center line, 4 angle valve job, Crane triple "Battleship" springs, I could go on and on. It turned a 12.6 Quarter mile, in street tires, in Colorado altitude. During the time I owned it, I was undefeated. While I was selling it, I had one guy ask me to let him out, about 4 blocks away from his car, after he had asked me what it was capable of doing, and I showed him. Someday I'll own another one, but I'll hang on to it this time.
Thanks for your site. Brings back great memory's.

Attached is a picture of my 70 AMX with a 390 ,auto, go-pakage, air, am-fm, space saver spare & air bottle, and 91,000 original miles. Thanks, and keep up the wonderful work for we AMC'ers.

Here are pictures of my 69 AMX. I purchased the car in Aug of 1986 while stationed in Monterrey, California. The car had been in storage since 1977 and the original Black and Gold plates were still on the car. I scraped the stack of decals from the rear plate and found the first decal was 1969. The car is a Matador Red 390, 4 speed, 3.54 posi, Power Steering, Power front disk brakes, Go Pak. It has the Hurst round bar shifter, hooded dash, AM/FM radio, Tilt steering column, remote drivers mirror and matching passengers mirror, glove box light, trunk light, electric windshield wipers and washer, headlight warning buzzer and the original inflatable spare tire. The car came with the original ralley wheels but has AMC wire wheel covers mounted on the ralley wheels. The car has 49,000 original miles on it and has the AMX number of 09061.

Thought I'd send a photo of my AMX. It's a 1969 Go-Pak 390 auto. I believe that it is the only other original factory pink car other than the playmate's car. The paint code is 00 denoting a special order. The car has Charcoal leather interior and shows 78,000 original miles.
