Loo.king for opinions on spark plug choise , range , brand, gap , extended tip or not, for a 10.25:1 , big cam ,ported heads,etc. with a MSD high energy ignition 390. greenbottle

Have always had good luck with Champion Plugs. N12Y plugs if you can find them. I have tried various other plugs with little to no success and the Champions seem to work better. I have ran them in every type of dist. setup from the MSD to the stock points. Just a suggestion

I think you'll find opinions on sparkplugs suffer a bit of the Ford/Chevy syndrome. Everybody has their favorite but is there really an advantage of one over the other? I doubt it. Having said that I prefer Autolites, but I don't have a similar application as to what you're running.
