Installing T-stripe ?
Has anyone installed a T-stripe? Would this be something for a professional
only? Would there be a problem with a NOS stripe sticking after sitting for
30 years. Any feeback would be appreciated. Thanks Ted

T-Stripe installation
T-stripe installations can be simple or differcult depending on what you want. American Peformance out of Cocoa Florida sells the t-stripe kits that are made out of the vinyl kind of stuff.
On my 71 Javie, I went the painted end of it. When I had the car re-painted a few years ago, I asked the shop if they could paint the stripe on instead of the vinyl stripe. The answer was yes providing that I could find them a picture of what I wanted. The stripe is still there and pretty much looks as good as the day that it was first put on.
