Parts Help!! What do I need For Repair?

I bought another SX/4. Silly Me. Problem is it needs a repair that I am totally lost on what parts to have ready for the mechanic/welder to do this repair. I'd like to go with parts in hand. This one I want for my daily driver. (I don't drive that much anyways) My Preemo Black one is getting parked and stored for the winter. She's only driven on perfect days. We started replacing the exhaust system in this car and after it was out we were able to see that the part of the unibody that supports the left shock is rotted out. Other than that, the car is in great shape and has very little rust elsewhere. The doors and body panels all appear to be rust free.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I'd like to offer suggestions but rust repair is something I have very little experience in. We see very little of it in the western states.

How 'bout it members - any suggestions?
