70 susp conversion to69 car

has anyone tried to cut out later model inner fenders and weld into 69 and prior to eliminate the trunnion/spring set-up,seems like it could be possible??? of course it would have to be done right,otherwise!!!!!!!!???

I talked to the guy at WSC at length and he said they've developed a coil-over set up for the 69 and back cars. The system isn't for sale yet but if he had a customer, I imagine they could put one together in a reasonable amount of time for you.
