Dash wiring
A good source for the info is your Tech Service Manual from AMC. It shows the wiring diagrams in the back of the manual for the additional gauges I believe.

dash swap
Yes, you will need the dash wiring for the tic-tach gauges. I'm doing the same with my '74 at the moment. The wiring diagram is really good in this regard and I would highly suggest referencing it.
On my old gauges, there were 5 pins on the back of the gauges. With the tic-tach gauges, there are 6 pins and the wiring set also has 6 wires. You'll also have to run a wire to the distributor to control the tach. If your clock and amp meter are working then you have a better set of instruments than I do. The second hand on my clock works intermittently and the amp meter is just dead. I'd suggest that if you have the front panels out that you take the time to put in a heat/sound barrier behind it. Every little bit makes a difference.
Good luck!!!
