cam and other gears

Hey, long time guys..Im building my 68 motor as we speak. Not really a 68 but instead of putting a small block chevy into my 68 amx im using a 74 401. My banker is telling me I m nuts but when I open my hood it will be all AMC.
Question is..what the heck holds all the gears onto the end of the camshaft?
Im guessing the dizzy drive is cupped to the outside and a washer of ? consistency is the keeper. Cap screw or dished...pan head...anyone know where there is a good pic?
Speaking of pic, got my paint today...BBO and looks like a real show stopper
Ive been workin on this beast all winter and really want to drive somewhere.
Anyway, i guess all i need is a washer that fits the drive gear and a 3/8 fine?
Just blurbin anyway to se what up.

my guess it that washer and bolt will be of "hardened metal",won't the one from your other motor(original) fit the 401???
