Does anyone know the approximate number of Shadowmask painted 70 AMX's that were built. I have a Matador Red AMX with the shadowmask, and was wondering how many were built. For that matter, how rare was a 390 Go Pak for that year? Moondog.

Hi - I also own a 70 AMX with the shadow mask and I think the production number was 982 with 1,632 auto 390's and 901 manual 390's.

The paint code I believe is P08. I have the window sticker for my 1970 and it shows P84/08 with the 84 for Commodore blue and the 08 for the shadow mask.
