Stan's WHATIF X, rear quarter view

In this view it is apparent that the car is an AMX 2-seater with a 73/74 Javelin rear end. But why? I always wondered what it would look like and I think Dick Teague may have converted his 71 AMX prototype into this concept if it had been accepted for production. He may have converted it as a next Javelin based AMX 2-seater proposal.
